The Analytics page in your KNav dashboard shows:
Total Opens - How many times the palette was opened
Total Searches - Number of searches performed
Command Executions - How many commands were selected
See which commands are used most frequently. Use this to:
Feature popular commands more prominently
Identify commands that might need better keywords
Remove unused commands
View what users are searching for. This helps you:
Add missing commands
Improve command keywords
Understand user intent
See searches that didn't match any commands. These represent opportunities to:
Add new commands users are looking for
Add keywords to existing commands
Improve command naming
Filter analytics by time period:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
All time
KNav analytics are privacy-focused:
No personally identifiable information is collected
Search terms are aggregated, not tied to individuals
Data is only visible to workspace owners
